There are now a lot of schools who have abandoned the static web site model – e.g. FrontPage, Website X5, Dreamweaver, etc. in favour of the Blog model. I’m delighted. Since discovering Blogging, I have seen the huge advantages that it has over other web site models. I hope that Anseo.net has had some small part in convincing schools that Blogging is the way to go! So, I’ve decided to list any primary school that blogs. On the sidebar of Anseo.net’s blog, any school that uses a blog as its web site solution will be listed. If your school isn’t listed, contact me and I’ll stick it up as soon as I can.

admin Robbie O’Leary, principal of Sacred Heart Senior National School, Killinarden, Dublin posted a transcript of a Dáil Session on the CESI and DICTAT discussion lists. Promethean drop their price (but is it enough?)
May 20th, 2008
07sg Following from my last article about Interactive Whiteboards, it appears that things have changed a little. Promethean have felt the heat and have restructured their pricing. It no longer costs over €6,000 to buy their IWB solution. According to Louise Moore from Promethean on the CESI Discussion List, you can buy a range of their solutions from €800 to €4995. But what do you get for your money?
